Brighton Beach // The Muffin Myth

Last weekend Paul and I were doing a bit of blitzing around the UK. First a quick visit with my sister in London, then a night in Brighton to see some music, then back to London for a Sunday pub lunch before I flew back to Stockholm and Paul headed to a conference in Cambridge – incidentally the same conference he was at four years ago that lead us to moving to Sweden. This shot was of the beach at Brighton, where it was very sunny but very windy and cold.

What’s good around the web is a weekly series where I share some of what I’ve been reading around the web. Each week I’ll be posting links to five nutrition related articles, good recipes, and just general good reads. I hope you enjoy it! If you’ve got at article or recipe you’d like to see featured, please email me.
